I definitely over did it this past week. I watched calories but did have more than usual the weekend and higher fat. I'm going to try and watch it better this week and see if I can make it drop some by next Fri.
47.4 kg Lost so far: 5.6 kg.    Still to go: 0.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
