(insert blank face emoji) UGH bouncing A LOT the last few weeks... I havent been eating super low but also not blowing it and doing lots of activity - this is getting old. guess i gotta hit my food a little harder in the coming weeks... need to get dropping and get back on track!
94.0 kg Lost so far: 13.9 kg.    Still to go: 3.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
