Still the same today. These days staying the same is a win....don't want to go creeping back upward. It's funny that I worry sautéing my chicken in olive oil may throw off things, even if I'm eating fewer calories than I'm allowed. Fat Secret says I can eat 1600 calories a day but I've been keeping it around 1100. I lost weight before, eating the 1600 but wanting faster results this go round has incentivized me to eat less. Of course not tacking on 250 to 300 calories a day for wine consumption has helped! 5 days til the beach 😎👙🌴🌞🐚🍹 And yes...I'll be enjoying a cocktail or two!
74.4 kg Lost so far: 4.0 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
