A bit of a roller coaster,but not much. Some of my Summer clothes are fitting better. I was feeling a bit bored with food choices or what to cook. I love pasta & I've stayed away from it so far this month. That's one of the foods I'm always tempted to have seconds. And it's already higher in calories. Maybe I should do a meatless pasta dish. But, of course I like lots of butter & cheese in my favorite linguini dish. Have to give it some thought. Planning a dinner out either tonight or tomorrow. So, I need to give it some thought as to where the best choice would be.
