Finally broke our plateau! 5 weeks no loss but kept with the intermittent fasting (cause it is not a diet, it is how I live my life) and the food journaling. Started getting 8 hour sleep and BAM! Lowest weight since I was 15
67.5 kg Lost so far: 21.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
