had a bit of a binge yesterday. out of nowhere I was super greedy and couldn't control it. but I made sure I ate healthy though. didn't want to eat badly, I just wanted to eat. plain and simple. it's alright, I see that eating "dirty" versus eating healthy even on a "binge" does feel different, and affects the body differently. I still have a lot of work and a long ways to go. any suggestions for belly bloat?
