I am excited. 1 pound to go to reach my goal. Feel like not eating today and maybe tomorrow will be the day. That is not sensible so will continue counting calories. Making a new chicken casserole for dinner tonight. Since I have to work hope it is good at room temperature.
54.9 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
