Weight loss has plateaued the last 4 weeks. But:
I think it is partially from me not sleeping enough AND I have not put back on any of the 30lbs I did lose.
68.5 kg Lost so far: 20.9 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

There are lots of plateaus and it gets harder to lose since you’ve done so well. It’s ok though - trust the process and mix things up a bit ♥️
