Steady weight ok. BMI 24.1. Would like BMI 23 better. Feel like reducing energy foods in the mid-late parts of the day to see if that is enough to get there.
76.3 kg Lost so far: 52.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
