Even though the scale says I am lighter I feel very heavy and unhealthy because I have been eating more small sugary snacks than I have been nutritious meals. I feel like these last ten pounds are going to come down to me becoming more disciplined with my diet rather than being patient and progressive. I really want to see a permanent change but finding a balance is something I really struggle with.
61.2 kg Lost so far: 10.0 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I struggle with that too. I love salty treats and chocolate. I just try to eat a little of them every night and eat healthy all day. I don’t always succeed, but I’ve found that I just accept it and move on to being more motivated the next day. It takes time to retrain your habits. Wishing you all the best.

@sungodess73 thank you so much! Wishing you all the best too. I like your idea of only allowing yourself a certain window to eat certain foods! I hate the idea of cutting something out permanently because it makes me want it even more!
