progress! I can see and feel it! I'm so proud of this particular journey! this feels good. still trying to master the art of omad, I have to be more diligent. thankfully I have been able to successfully switch what I eat to better food choices, so even when I cheat it's still a benefit.
65.4 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 3.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
