Lost 6 lbs in a week. I finally decided to look into the 16:8. So I’ll go another month of eating based off Trim Healthy Mama during my 8 hour window of 12-8 pm then see if any adjustments need to be made. Still going strong with fitnessblender.com and a little tennis.
