There, finally got off that 122 to 124 plateau. Now to get rid of the 1.8 pounds then will try maintenance for a bit before trying for an other 10 pound loss. That would make a total of 28 pounds and down to 110.
55.2 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 0.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
