Ate over my RDI yesterday. Did an 18min yoga/cardio workout (legs and glutes). Maybe the new probiotic Im taking is responsible for the drop in weight? I certainly feel better overall..
71.1 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 1.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
