Finally back where I was a week ago. Will see if pasta puts it back on again. Have pasta primavera that I have to eat up. Can't waste it.

Did some research yesterday and am eating a lot of the foods that are suppose to boost metabolism but not sure they are helping me.

Need to go cook up more cauliflower and broccoli
55.3 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
