TOM must've been contributing to the last 3 weigh ins, I always have trouble.

I had to weigh myself today because I am going out of town for the week, and won't be able to do it Weds.

been tracking food best I can, but the weekends are harder because of the food sharing. will keep going this week!
70.5 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 13.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
