More positive results this morning! I tackled eating out twice yesterday with salads both times with some added protein for lunch. A treat for dessert...real ice cream 😊 Not drinking wine still hasn't been difficult at all. I was hungry later last night....maybe cause of the early dinner time. Tackled that with a quick snack of dried prunes.
76.2 kg Lost so far: 2.2 kg.    Still to go: 15.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
