Trying to get back on track for portion sizes and the right food choices. I'm back down a couple pounds that I gained over the holidays, though I'm not sure how much is from doing the right things and how much is a result of the flu I had for two days. I just remembered yesterday that we were hoping to run a 10K on March 9th at Grand Canyon University; I'm (mostly) committed to using that to rekindle my jogging routine and start exercising more regularly. Here's hoping!
