eh, steady. I accepted tuna from a co worker yesterday that was loaded with salt. as soon as it touches my lips I was nearly knocked over with the amount of sodium. I'm still dealing with saying no so I ate it anyway. it's amazing how the body tried to justify when it wants to do something. smh. 🤦 I chased it with water to flush it out. but I still see this as a win because, I'm NOTICING. every week I'm getting back to actually identifying the things I shouldn't consume. my tastes are going back to telling me "watch out for that." I just have to listen. I even feel the differences in my body when I eat something that's not good for me. I still feel the sodium in my system, so I will continue to flush most of it out today.
