Ahh, relief. First sign of stability of weight. Did not eat more than a teaspoon of refined carbs yesterday, and if I do the same today, there is a hope for more stability ahead.

mrsroboto Appreciate that. Found it weird how much this reminded about quitting tobacco. Part of you say you need to stop, while other parts of you do not listen at all. Very much like a destructive addiction issue. It's like 'lock me up in a cell' situation. Going good right now, and love it. Feel free.
