Nope, but my shoulders and lats felt like they were on fire when I was done lol. Maybe a bit too active for a rest day.

Wife wanted to do a little working out after work, so back to the YMCA. I did a few sets of renegade rows combined with push-ups (since you start the row in the up position of a push-up, it seemed a waste not to do that too!). Used 20 pound dumbbells and did 3 sets of 3 for a light evening workout.
Then we walked a half mile or so on the track.
I plan to take it a little easier next "rest day." I'm still not used to the idea of working out but not going all out lol
