the peanuts and the brown rice...the brown rice was from Chipotle in the chicken bowl on 4th of July...the peanuts is what I like to eat...gotta cut them out of my diet...they are sabatoge. :-| it has to be done. I can get macadamias...or look for blackberries. or only keep the peanuts when I'm gonna workout. I need more discipline. or, no nuts at all. when you know better you do better. Game time!! I was 146 after my workout and I sabotaged it with Chipotle. I didn't know it would have happened that way trust me, or I wouldn't have done it. I know I know, it's only one pound but it makes so much difference...and I can actually feel it. I feel heavy. somewhere alot of sodium got in. gonna try a 48 hr fast. today and tomorrow. I won't be going anywhere for the next two days!
