i statr reduce intake cal since 16jun aftr blood sugar test resultt bad. normally i take more than 2000cal / day .starr weight 96.5 first week 16jun-22jun intake cal avg 1700 . second week 23-28jun intake cal avg 1500 weight 92.2 tootal reduce 3.4kg (but this lost weight is no any meaning) the real weight lost is start from 29jun till now.avg in take 1400cal . target is 0.5 kg /week so meet target.
91.3 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 31.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
