really good! and I go for an extreme step class at 10! I'm nervous! lol got my workout clothes in the washing machine, and I'm up with excitement and gratefulness today. Actually has been this way since I started! being healthy really gives me so much energy. my mind feels so focused. Last night the urge to eat even though I wasn't hungry nearly got the best of me. I try to keep my calories to a certain amount because I realized that I only need that amount to feel full. Anything past that is just plain old greedy. I'm not ready to go under it just yet, but there will always be fasted days during the week too. side note: i need more fiber. after today's workout: 146.4!!!! woooow.
67.2 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 5.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
