BF 28.3%. Starting the Core Athlete nutrition program today. Goal is to burn fat this month. Planning on doing it until around August 1. Calories cutting from 3000/day to around 2200. Sat away! Somebody is gonna be HANGRY!
128.6 kg Lost so far: 20.1 kg.    Still to go: 3.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
