Go me! Great beginning to this challenge. I was actually running a pound heavier than my ticker which was my starting weight for the challenge. This AM - great balls of fire! - I dropped 2 pounds, so it was already a 1-pound loss for the Christmas Challenge. Yeah!

DH took the dogs walking this AM, and then we both went on a 2-mile trek, sweltering in the 83-degree heat with 73-degree dewpoint...and it was only after 7AM!!! Got my 64 oz of water in easily today with much more to follow!
91.6 kg Lost so far: 15.0 kg.    Still to go: 25.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

We are having similar weather in St. Louis, and it has been a bear to get my walks in, but the pool has been nice! Where are you located?
