I have followed it. But the weight is not coming off. yesterday I weighed myself out of curiosity and was down 2 lbs weighed myself this morning and it is back. I gave up sodas and Atkins prducts, but yesterday I had flaxmeal, so I am giving that up also. I am going to give it till friday then I am going back to South Beach. I was hoping to lose 5lbs by now. Exercising more and getting no where on this diet. I go on vacation on Friday. Was hoping to fit into my size 10s by then.
76.7 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
