Well I have done a little more exercise and tried eating more calories of healthy food and things are going in the right direction. My birthday is in a month and I would love to be in the 150's.

The problem I am having is constipation which has NEVER been an issue for me. I actually took a laxative this week because it didn't feel good. BUT I don't want to do that again. Any thoughts?
75.5 kg Lost so far: 35.6 kg.    Still to go: 12.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
