4 uur latere meting. Gisteren wel uit eten geweest; 1/2 vitello tonato, 1/2 carpaccio, 1/2 pizza salami, 1/2 pizza funky cheese, panna cotta.
57.7 kg Lost so far: 12.3 kg.    Still to go: 5.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
