Weight loss is slowing down to only half pound and now I'm heading to the cottage for 2 weeks... The wine, the hors d'oevres, and barbeques! This will really test my resolve!!
67.4 kg Lost so far: 7.5 kg.    Still to go: 8.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hey ydrand, finally found you! Wow, 148 lbs. That's amazing! You broke the 150 barrier. You're motivating me! We'll try to keep it up at the Cottage.

Thanks but you gave me an extra half pound.... I'm 148.5 not 148. Hopefully by the time I get back from Toronto I will not have gained. Fingers crossed and mouth closed!!
