Attempting to stick to low-sodium foods and yoga. Let's see if it works this week that I'm on the TOM. Also, the yoga is helping me to feel awesome when I normally feel like garbage at this time.
72.5 kg Lost so far: 0.3 kg.    Still to go: 3.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
