Knees were good on Saturday's run. I taped both of them up like crazy. Pounds are coming off slowly, so the pace is still pretty disappointing.

Current weight: 132 Minute miles: 11 Miles completed: 19.0 Miles to go: 7.2 Weeks to the marathon:15
59.9 kg Lost so far: 8.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.1 kg a Week
