I just reached 45 days of tracking my food. I never thought I would ever do such a thing but it’s unexpectedly awesome, so worth the time it takes. I thought it would be a cumbersome chore and now I’m thankful that I have this tool to keep me empowered and to know that I’m on track even if the scale is fluctuating. It shows me how much I’ve done for my health. I’m not guessing anymore about stuff I used to worry about. It gives me motivation and focus everyday. I can’t wait to put in a meal, look at the numbers, and plan for the next. I’ve learned so much about food and how my body relates to it. I’m proud of myself for doing this. It feels like an accomplishment in and of itself along with the weight loss efforts. Yay!

@Jewellynn you're right - its so worth the time. And after a couple months, the feeling of it being a chore part disappeared! I'm with ya :) and yay for you!
