Double WO yesterday with Deadlifts paid off as I lost the weight gain from a couple days ago. Also matched my Protein & Carbs to help regenerate the metabolism & muscles 💪.
We visited good friends last night to hear their son & girlfriend applying their College Degrees. They both sang for about an hour & supplied details of their learning experience!! Fun to hear the Younger Generations.
Attended an Aggressive Hybrid Gym Class today. Didn’t realize how tough it was until about 53 minutes later & we still needed to complete the Conditioning Phase.
This involved: • Farmers Carry w/ KBs 200m • Hill Sprints 200m • Farmers carry back 200m • Jump Rope 100x • Box Jumps 10x, 3x Burpees • 12 Calories Rowing • Nearly Burned 1000 Cals
