Oh yeah!!!! This week changed up my food a bit and bam!!! Lost more in these 4 days that the last month while eating 200+ grams of protein
Less than 100 grams of carbs and 2000 plus calories
106.7 kg Lost so far: 23.9 kg.    Still to go: 6.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
