first weigh in in 2 weeks went to belgium and broke from thursday late evening till Monday started exercise program tuesday 27th went daily until today very disturbing how slow but who knows how much i gained those days off... anyways back strongly on since monday
104.0 kg Lost so far: 17.6 kg.    Still to go: 24.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
