Do NOT understand this , I met my calories intake . I worked out daily since June 2 until now , only this pass weekends I got to eat something “”normal “” cause family events , but I was careful . Why I did not lose any weight .... 😡😡😡
69.1 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 14.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
