so happy that I lost weight yesterday! turn off the day with a pretty big breakfast that I had made for the family and myself including eggs potatoes a lot of butter. I was called on to be a pallbearer and told to go to the lunch end but I knew I wouldn't be able to resist all the pasta so I had to decline the luncheon. last night we went to Texas Roadhouse for Father's Day and I enjoyed myself but I did box up the extra steak to have for later.
88.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
