Scale still not moving much since February but feeling way stronger! 💪😎👍 Killed the HIIT training today! Short almost 1000 calories from Target for the day but I'm so full I cannot eat anything else. probably should've eaten the fish before the broccoli. 🤦‍♂️
130.0 kg Lost so far: 18.8 kg.    Still to go: 5.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yeah, but I love broccoli so much! And spinach! The other day I ate 5 cans of sardines to get my calories and protein where I needed it. It really is amazing how hard it is to get enough calories when you're trying to eat right.

😂😂 Problem is that I'm not looking to bulk up. Just pack on muscle and burn the fat. Under 2300 calories and my body goes into starvation mode.
