Decided to eat a few Carbs yesterday...only gained a few ounces, but realized how much weight they carry (pun intended). Almost 300g....I guess we need a double WO on those excessive Carb days.

Survived the 70 minute WO this morning.....Strength & Conditioning:

Strength
• Deadlifts 70% to MAX 5x
• Box Weighted Step-Ups 5x each side
• Negative Pushups 4x
• 25 Minutes

Conditioning:
• KB Offset Farmers Carry
• Ski ERG 350m
• :30 Hold Halfway Pushup
• Reverse BB Lunges 10x
• 4 Rounds

Finish - Assault Bike & Sit-ups 4 Rounds

Need my COFFEE ☕️
76.7 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
