Pleasantly surprised by this small drop, considering my diet/exercise this past week was practically non-existant. My boss was visiting from St. Louis, and as such she brought us food as gifts, then took us out to dinner. One of our coworkers hosted a BBQ at his house, we had food truck lunch the one day, aaaand Friday I literally had a milkshake for lunch.
That all being said, I worked one of the color stations at a Blacklight Run last night...wound up covered in more colored cornstarch than some of the runners xD
