I've got to do better at maintaining. I'm getting further away from 100. I'm trying to keep calories around a 1000 during the week but I always go way over during weekends. it seemed to be working but right now I'm just frustrated on gaining that much in a week. I've added some crunches and going to try walking on treadmill some every day. I know I need to push more water too because I only get about 3 1/ 2 bottles a day. Going to try the water and exercise and leave calories the same and see if it helps . I know I shouldn't bass how I feel on what the scale says . My clothes fit fine but it still stresses me when it shows a gain.
46.4 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
