Well, it’s been months since I have been on here and, as you can see, I put the weight back on. I went back to my old eating habits and here I am, not happy with what I see in the mirror again. With that said, back on the wagon I go. Time to give it another try 👍
85.0 kg Lost so far: 1.2 kg.    Still to go: 17.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
