No donuts 4 U's Journal, 21 Dec 12

Have been doing the whole high protein low fat diet (dukan diet) and everything I had recorded on my phone disappeared when I deleted the app, before I knew I could access this online. So, no....I didn't lose all that weight overnight, the first 20 pounds lost were counting calories precisely. These last 20 are from going to the gym and the dukan.

I'm considering myself a dukanista!! lol
87.9 kg Lost so far: 16.4 kg.    Still to go: 10.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
