Swollen again so weight may be off. Going to stay off the scale today to avoid discouragement. I know that my eating is in the range that I want and my exercise is very good, even more so than I thought I could do. I will see how I feel tomorrow and maybe I will get on the scale then.
123.3 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 50.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
