Holiday Eating! So I gave myself a little too much credit for self-control on Thanskgiving, and let loose while family was in town. Last week before they came I was down to 150! Then a week of Mexican food, pumpkin bread and Christmas baking with eating out, and I'm back to 151.8. This is a good reminder that every bit counts, and that I'm going to have to be choosier about what I indulge in and more conscious to compensate with eating less at other meals and exercising more. Drat. Let's hope this week goes better.
