I am doing low carb. After 15 years of debilitating depression & being fat and 10 years with insulin resistance, I tested in the diabetic range 2 weeks ago.
At my DR. appointment a year ago I weighed 255 lbs. I now weigh 231 lbs.!
Breakfast: Boiled egg & water (can't eat big in the morning. I get nauseated easily)
Lunch: Trader Joe's Maui Maui patty ❤
Dinner: Turkey patty simmered in a bit of veggie stock.
Big plate of fresh veggies w/balsamic vinegar, S&P, and a bit of fresh grated parmesan.
Cream spinach. (I have a great low carb way to make it, if anyone is interested)
Seems to be working well. I drink lots of water, black tea w/stevia, and allow myself 1 diet 7up per day. Yay losing weight & feeling better!
105.0 kg Lost so far: 6.2 kg.    Still to go: 36.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.2 kg a Week
