Holding steady and feeling good. A bit torn though. I have mentally committed to staying below 160lbs – but it appears I am about a pound over (on average). In general – I am happy with this – but am a bit worried about ‘the slippery slope’. I need to get some ground rules in place so I don’t fall down. Off-hand, I am thinking a 2.5lb grace on either side is good (e.g. I would go to Introduction if I hit 162.5 for a couple of days).
