Seems like I finally broke my plateau!! Yahooooo!! At the beginning of the May I did start incorporating more exercise by starting to bike commute with a goal of 3x per week, each commute is 50-55 minutes. I think why my weight loss slowed significantly was due to water weight from starting a new exercise program. It is really motivating to see movement down on the scale all this week :) excited to keep it up and keep moving on my journey :)
97.8 kg Lost so far: 10.1 kg.    Still to go: 7.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
