I finish 3 months period in my diet .
What i learned.?
No diet , change lifestyle is right way .
I lost 17 kg for first 3 months . I come form 100 to 83 in 3 months .
Now I start second 3 months period .
May target is 69 kg .
First 3 months period what i fallow 1 do not eat more than 1 dish main food (salads and fruits are not include you can eat) 2 no sugar - I use honey + sucraloz sweetener . 3 no white flour .I use wholemeal and oatmeal . 4 no frying anything. 5 eat eggs every day chicken or fish every day , beans everyday,mushrooms ,greens and fruits every day you can eat . But no sugar whites and extra salts ,
6 30 min x 2 times or 45-1 hr 1 time walking a day ,if possible running .(if you are fat and new start do not run first 2 months you can insure .I insure tendons 3 times in first 2 months,but you can walk and run interval ) I try but i couldn't run fist 1.5 -2 months because I was very fat . last 1 month i walked an ran interval.
7 I also made bodybuilding at home . This is very important if you like to lost kilos and make shape. 2 days 1 time bodybuilding.
Now I start last 3 months period for reach my ideal weight 69 .
Now what am I doing.

Two times sport running and cycling and bodybuilding .(I add cycling to my sport menu for victory gift for me ) Now I run in stadium.(this is also gift for my self I did not run in the stadium fist 3 months I was really fat :) I was running street before.Now my shape is good .I can run nobody can say fat to me anymore. Now I m only walking when I don't want run or cycling. my sport takes now totally 2 hr a day 1hr x 2 or 90 + 30 min. every 2 days night time do bodybuilding. (very simple and good program at home I will tell you later .)
